Dominic M. Brault
Dominic M. Brault is an Advisor to Carleton McKenna and previously was a Managing Director with the Firm. He has extensive experience in the field of valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and venture investing. Mr. Brault has valued equity, debt, and derivative securities (preferred stock, convertible debt, stock options and warrants, etc.), as well as intangible assets, for a variety of purposes including: fairness and solvency opinions; purchase and sale advisement; financial and tax reporting; Employee Stock Ownership Plans; and shareholder disputes; among other matters.
Mr. Brault is currently a Principal at HTV Industries, and prior to joining Carleton McKenna, he was a manager in the Valuations & Financial Opinions Group of Stout Risius Ross in Cleveland. At Stout Risius Ross, he played an integral role in valuation engagements and maintained key relationships for the company. Mr. Brault began his career as an Equity Research Analyst at FTN Midwest Research and was one of the original eight founding members of Longbow Research, an independent institutional equity research firm.
Mr. Brault serves on the Board of Mercury Summer Stock. He received a BS in Banking and Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
