The IT Consulting Division was acquired by former Edgewater management and will operate under the name EdgeTech Consulting, LLC (“EdgeTech”). EdgeTech blend classic consulting disciplines with technical services to help client get the most out of their existing IT assets, plan and implement their cloud strategies, and create the new digital business models required to succeed in the next decade.
