As Director of Operations, Patricia works with leadership to design and execute new processes and systems that support client and business development of the firm.

Prior to joining Carleton McKenna & Company, Patricia worked in higher education as professional development and training manager at Cleveland State University, where she designed programming and created opportunities for graduate students to maximize scholarly success and career preparation. Previously, she worked in international education at Baldwin Wallace and Duke University.

Patricia served as marketing director for Diocese of Cleveland publications in her early career, leading the development of a new publication design and marketing campaigns for which she was awarded five national awards from the U.S. Catholic Press Association.

A native Clevelander and lifelong N.E. Ohio resident, she has volunteered in a variety of roles with Boy Scouts of America, Global Cleveland, Dress for Success, University Hospitals, Engaged! Cleveland, and Kids’ Book Bank. Patricia served a 5-year term on the board of directors for Legacy in Education, LLC.

She holds an International MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a Master of Education in Adult Learning/Development from Cleveland State University. Patricia, and husband Joseph, have four children.
